There are only two golf courses in Grand Cayman one is called North Sound Golf Club and is an 18 hole golf course with a handicap rating of 73.1 and a slope of 139. It's par 71 and 6,605 yards. The other course is the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club which has is only a 9 hole course has handicap rating of 38 with a slope of 132 and is a par 36 with 3,516 yards to play.
I prefer playing the Ritz personally for a few reasons over North Sound although I'd recommend you play both if you have the time.
- The Ritz is not nearly as busy as North Sound
- Ritz is far better maintained than North Sound
Just a few caveats to be aware of though if you're going to play Ritz.
- You need to be staying at the hotel in order to play unless you know a member and are able to play with them.
- The Ritz is a harder course and is only 9 holes.
